Hempitecture opens first industrial hemp manufacturing plant in U.S

Hempitecture has always been in the spotlight in global hempcrete building, their professionalism and tangible enthusiasm has brought them to a new chapter in the hemp ressurgance.

February 17th their brand of hemp insulation HempWool rolled off the manufacturing line, the first of many batches to come. Transport and import of hemp due to no local manufacturing plants or due to lack of raw materials locally is a major stumbling block in the progression of hemp as a standard building material worldwide.

The opening of this factory shines a light of the growth of the industry and the hope that many more will be opened around the globe as the construction industry embraces hemp as a major weapon the the battle against climate change.
